Welcome to Le Cèr, where fine art meets the world of tattoo design. We provide a unique experience for art enthusiasts, beginning with a *personalized consultation to discuss your vision. Please note that any deposit paid will contribute towards your tattoo cost. Please choose which artist you would like. This artist should be the same as your consultation. Select a date and time you would like to have your tattoo appointment. *must book a consultation for approval prior to paying a deposit and booking an appointment.
